How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery within Australia is 5 to 9 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please contact our support team before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method, or you can choose store credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the cost.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
